Who am I?!
As a married Mum of 3 children I am very good at wearing different hats and doing different roles!
I am passionate about helping women who feel overhwhelmed by parenting or business feel less alone and building them up. I love to work alongside visionaries to help them reach their goals by helping with the day to day needs.
I have overthinking tendencies that I like to think of my as my super power because I can see problems ahead of time and create solutions
Firstly I ran my own online product business for 5 years until I closed it in September 2023. I experienced wearing ALL of the hats and can understand the impact that it can have on overwhelm, mental health, family life and priority choices.
I love to help. I want to see other peoples businesses thrive and enjoy doing a huge range of tasks to help businesses to do just that. My personality is one of wanting to always do my best for clients and I care deeply for your success in business but also for you as a human being.
I enjoy doing repetitive task that many business owners hate doing because it means they have less time for big picture thinking. Chances are if you find it boring I’ll enjoy it!
I am a clear communicator whether that’s with my clients or yours! Community is important to me personally so if you are building a community with your clients or customers either through email/blog communication or via an actually community I have lots of useful skills for community building.

Why Ancora?
The name Ancora is the Latin for ANCHOR but also means: REFUGE, SUPPORT and HOPE.
I picked the name because I want to support business owners to hit their goals by taking on a range of jobs that they just don’t have time to do giving you hope that the overwhelm can be lessened.
AncoraVA exists to help overwhelm women who run small business whilst parenting, managing their own neurodiversity or mental health.
I believe in being upfront about costs so as to not waste anyones precious time. I usual work with long term clients and cost £30 per hour for retainer hours (minimum 4 hours per month) or £35 per hours for ad hoc hours.
During term time I have capacity for short term projects. Please do get in touch if you think I might be able to help.
