Getting Started with a Virtual Assistant

Have you realised that getting a Virtual Assistant might be the answer to your business pressures?

But now you’re wondering about the process of finding a Virtual Assistant. Below is a walk through of what I do for new clients. Many Virtual Assistants have the same process.

Once you’ve found AncoraVA online you will have had a chance to explore the website and see the services I offer. Hopefully you’ll have learned a bit more about the vision behind AncoraVA and maybe have explored some of the blogs to help with your decision.

It maybe that you still have questions about whether I can help you. Using one of the links on the site you can send an email directly to me and I can answer any outstanding questions.

If you’re happy with those answers we can arrange a discovery call where we can both meet each other and talk about what you would need help with and hours needed etc.

If we are both happy, we can agree to move forward. At this point I would email you a contract, as well as terms of work and payment details. The terms of work will be the area that you’ve stated that you would like me to work on and the number of hours each week or month. It will also have hourly costs or retainer prices and information about ending the agreement.

Once those forms have been signed using the online link, I will send over a form with questions which will include information that will be used as we start to work together.

As a Virtual Assistant my aim is to help you and your business, this includes keeping the process for starting together as simple as possible.

You can start the process of getting started with me by sending over any questions you have or by sharing what you need a Virtual Assistant to do in your business using the links below.
